1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the supply of the Alfa IPTV subscription service to consumers, in accordance with applicable consumer and distance-selling law.
2. Formation of the contract
The presentation of offers is not a binding proposal. By placing an order via WhatsApp, you make a firm offer; the contract is formed upon our confirmation or the activation of your access.
3. Service and quality
Alfa IPTV provides, for the duration you choose, access to an IPTV service with live TV, an NBA/NFL/NHL sports package and a library of movies and series up to 4K. Actual quality depends on your device and connection.
4. Prices and payment
The prices in US dollars shown at the time of order apply. Payment is a single charge for the chosen duration; there is no auto-renewal. Orders and payment are arranged over WhatsApp.
5. Guarantee and liability
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, if a subscription does not work as described we solve the problem or offer an alternative subscription, under the conditions stated on the site.
6. Applicable law
The contract is governed by the applicable law of the provider's jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection provisions that apply to you.
